The terms that apply to your use of the Nexora Markets platform, client portal and trading services.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade leveraged products. Accounts may be refused, suspended or closed where eligibility cannot be established.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred

Funding and withdrawals

Funding is processed only through configured payment methods. Withdrawals are reviewed before processing and may be delayed where verification is incomplete or where a request appears inconsistent with account activity.

Trading

Orders are executed on the broker's trading server. Nexora Markets does not guarantee execution price, and market conditions can cause slippage, gaps and requotes.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified through the client portal notification centre.
